How should we respond to the 2025 legislature gutting the Washington Parents Rights Initiative? Our answer is to build a Family Rights Movement large enough to pass an even stronger and more comprehensive Family Rights Initiative!
Our Family Rights Initiative, which you can read at this link, includes four essential parents rights: First, the right to be told the truth about what is happening to their child when their child is at school. No lies. No secrets. Second, the right to be involved in any educational or medical decisions affecting their child. Third, the right to opt their child out of any program the parent finds offensive or harmful to their child. Fourth, the right to the assumption of being a fit and caring parent until proven otherwise in a court of law. In addition, our Initiative completely ends Boys in Girls Sports, Boys in Girls Bathrooms, Sex Ed for Kinders and teachers telling students to change their names and lie to their parents.
In the past year, to end the Trans Drug Cult War against our kids, our families and our schools, we accomplished an enormous number of tasks.
Our Top Twelve accomplishments included:
#1 We filed the first statewide Title IX federal complaint in the nation -
against Chris Reykdal - for violating the right of girls to have their own sports leagues, locker rooms and bathrooms.
#2 We filed the first statewide Title VI federal complaint in the nation – against Chris Reykdal – for violating the right of all of our students to be treated equally regardless of their skin color.
#3 We filed the first statewide FERPA federal complaint in the nation – against Chris Reykdal – for violating the right of parents to be told the truth about what is happening to their kids while their kids are at school.
#4 We filed the first statewide Election Integrity complaint in the nation – against Bob Ferguson – for violating federal election laws allowing the Department of Licensing to register tens of thousands of non-citizens to vote in our state.
#5 We filed the first statewide Medical Fraud complaint in the nation – against Planned Parenthood – for violating FTC regulations by failing to warn parents and kids about the serious and permanent harms of toxic Trans Drugs.
#6 We drafted the Washington Family Rights Initiative which goes far beyond the Parents Rights initiative in protecting the rights of parents and children.
#7 We offered a 4 week course on How to Draft Effective Initiatives that comply with our State Constitution and thereby can withstand a court challenge.
#8 We offered a 12 week course on How to Create Your Own Community News Website – to build relationships with and better inform Independent voters.
#9 We posted more than a dozen pro-family rights videos on our Washington Family Rights Coalition YouTube channel.
#10 We posted more than 50 Family Rights articles on how to defeat the Trans Drug Cult.
#11 We held 50 Family Rights weekly meetings on Sundays from 4 to 5pm.
#12 We held more than a dozen Family Rights Forums in communities across Washington state.
As impressive as these accomplishments have been, we will need to do even more in the coming months to grow our Family Rights Movement so that it will be large enough to pass our Family Rights Initiative. We currently have about 3,000 members – but we need to grow by two to three times that number to be able to gather the 400,000 signatures needed to put our Family Rights Initiative on the 2028 ballot.
